Return policy

Please note that all sales are in AUD and are final. There will be no refunds or cancellations however, if you have purchased a live workshop your place may be transferable to another person prior to the course commencement date upon a written request by you (client) and approval by Donna Zaffino - donna@projectgrow.com.au

Terms of service

This agreement has been freely negotiated and contains the entire understanding between the Trainer (Donna Zaffino) and you (Client). It supersedes any existing agreements between the parties. If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or enforceable under the law, the validity of this agreement as a whole shall not be affected, and the other provisions of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect. You (client) agree that the terms of this service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Western Australia, notwithstanding its conflicts of law provisions. Limit of liability: In the unlikely event that the Trainer is injured or becomes too ill to provide the agreed and expected services, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the course package.

Privacy policy

Project GROW Global will adhere to the Australian privacy laws and not disclose your personal details to anyone. Non-Disclosure Agreement - You (client) acknowledge that you are privy to confidential and private information and understand that Project GROW Global owns Intellectual Property of the contents contained within this course. By purchasing this product, you (client) agree that you will not on-sell, disseminate, distribute, screenshot or forward any information you receive as part of this course including, but not limited to, private and public online forums, emails, social media and other persons not involved in this course. Basically, don’t be a cheat or a loser!
